As a Support Specialist, you will be working with local and international oil and gas companies to support our Client’s market-leading well information systems. This position will be based in Calgary and travel may be required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

-A university degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Petroleum Technology Certification, or equivalent professional experience.

-At least 2 years of helpdesk/technical support of oil/gas software applications

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Strong problem solving skills

-Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office

-Understanding of database technology.
